We understand that purchasing a hat online can feel uncertain when you can’t try it on first. Our goal is for you to feel confident and excited about your purchase.

While we do not offer returns, we are happy to offer exchanges to help you find the perfect fit and style. To make things easy, return shipping labels are provided upon approved exchange requests.

Exchange Policy

• Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request an exchange.
• Hats must be unworn and in original condition, with no signs of makeup or wear.
• Exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
