Returns

You must call ahead for any exchange or return for a return authorization number. The return authorization number MUST be on the outside of the shipping box or the box will be refused.
1. Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your hat you may return it for an exchange of another hat of equal or lesser value provided that:
• the hat has not been worn and is original condition;
• all tags are in tact; and
• we receive the hat you want to exchange within 14 days of your having received it. Of course, you will be responsible for the postage of returning the hat and you will have to pay the postage to have your second hat shipped to you.
• the box includes a copy of the invoice
2. Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, no problem provided that:
• the hat has not been worn and is original condition i.e. (no makeup stains or any sign of wear); or any damage
• all tags are in tact;
• the box includes a copy of the original invoice and
• we receive the hat you want to be refunded for within 14 days of your having received it.
• We do not refund shipping charges you may have paid.
• Any hats returned after the Kentucky Derby that were purchased prior to the Kentucky Derby will be refused and shipped back to the owner. Returned hats MUST be delivered no later than the Saturday of the Kentucky Derby. However, if you have a unique situation, please call us and we will do our best to work with you.
